Paragraph 1: (all about characters) PROPP : How realism is shown - through characters. characters are not that famous. They represent the majority of the teenagers today. Through the language (M)- 'restricted code' (S) often used by working class. Propps - what they wear also shows the realism. This film covers charcters from different ethnicities.

Conclusion: Summarise all the ideas. Overall Kidulthood raises a lot of contemporary issues that relate to issues in todays society. It raises awareness for its audience and portrays a strong message, that can gain some change in society after watching it.
